Group Training Plan written by College of Southern Idaho Coach Janae Richardson with weekly motivation and value lesson
8 weeks of Training: Tuesday January 7 - through March 1 (prep for spring track)
3 tiers of weekly mileage training plans offered
Daily recommended workouts and pace recommendations based on goal race times
Running Form Tips/Drills
9 week Strength Training Program for runners
(Optional) Accountability and social opportunity to connect with other runners in area: Group run twice a week facilitated by Club Captains- Wednesdays (distance run or quality workout) & Saturdays (long run or quality workout)
(Highly Recommended) In-person workout session once a month facilitated by Coach Richardson; workout feedback and instructions for upcoming month’s workouts; questions answered; or monthly group video call with Coach Richardson if don’t live close enough to make in-person workout

Club GroupMe text message group to coordinate group runs/workouts in area
Assistance in coordinating registration and travel to 2-3 indoor track meets in Idaho and Utah (additional costs may apply)
