WHAT COMES WITH MY NUTRITION COACHING
My nutrition coaching approach is designed to align your nutrition with your life and your running goals, allowing you to enjoy the foods you love, fuel your training regime, and ground your changes in a sustainable approach. My approach to nutrition comes from a foundational belief in intuitive eating (listening to your body’s needs) and a mindset focused on fueling the body in a way that makes you feel good AND have the energy to perform. I don’t believe that tracking calories and macronutrients your entire life is the best approach, but I do feel there are seasons where we need to better understand and analyze our body and our fueling habits. This checkpoint helps us to learn more about ourselves, analyze barriers stopping us from reaching our goals, and/or make adjustments if needed.
After an initial analysis, we can determine together if daily nutrition tracking accountability is your best option or if a more intuitive accountability approach better aligns with your goals. I don’t provide meal plans because they aren’t sustainable for real change; however, I will help you find food choices based on your macronutrient and performance fueling needs. I will provide tools and resources to help you build healthy habits and create a plan for sports nutrition before, during, and after workouts/races that maximize your recovery and performance.
My evergreen coaching model will meet you where you are at and take you where you want to go: Grounding your goals, growing your performance, and giving your training toolbox a boost to perpetual sustainability.
