About


Janae Richardson, with a master’s degree in Exercise Science and a Sports Nutrition Certification from Utah State University, has been coaching runners since 2007. A former collegiate runner at Weber State, she now coaches athletes of all levels as a certified USATF coach and is the Head XC/Track Coach at the College of Southern Idaho, where her women’s team recently won a National Championship.
